Dan Rather is lecturing us on journalistic integrity? This is the same guy who personally typed up fake military records to try and humiliate President George W. Bush during is run for president in 2004 (to make him look like a deserter)! Classic case of the pot calling the kettle black!

ha, no i’m with you. I was replying to someone saying he was lying in his recent speech stating that modern news is actually not news at all but entertainment. I thought you said Dan was lying in this speech and I stated what is the current reason to lie? He is speaking the truth in this speech.
you need to understand what media really is. The Military Industrial Complex now own the controlling shares in the big 5. Dan Rather came out and said he was being ‘discreet’ about a lot of things going on that David Rockefeller had asked the media not to report on. They don’t investigate anymore, they just read what’s given to them. They are the lapdogs of govt. not the watchdogs anymore.

Ah, gawd, he’s still lying. It’s not about ‘bucks’ at all. Media has always been an arm of government, it’s just gotten a hell of a lot bigger lately.
